Soft blue, warm yellow, and green flow across this handmade mug, meeting in an irregular band of glaze around its base. Inside, the pale glaze deepens into rich green, giving the mug another view to discover.

Made in Jingdezhen with high temperature colored glaze, the mug is fired at approximately 1,300°C. As the glaze moves through the kiln, its colors and textures develop naturally. The resulting transitions are unique to this piece and cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way.
